What I call the "perfect massage" because it's the best of both worlds. It's flowy and relaxing like the Swedish, but on the other hand, I get to work on tense muscles by using a bit more pressure. I also use my forearm, trigger point and other techniques to get the muscles to relax. But don't worry, it's not deep pressure. Love and need pressure? This massage is perfect for you. Using steady and direct pressure, I breakdown scar tissue and/or adhesions on the fascia and soften the muscle. 60 minute $90
This massage is my favorite massage to give and receive. It's amazing for people who have hip and lower back issues. This technique involves flowy strokes using my feet while standing on the table and regulating my weight with bars that are on the ceiling. Because I'm using my body weight, I am able to go deeper into the muscle therefore accomplishing more per session. Even though this massage is tailored more towards lower body, I have mastered working shoulder and neck tension using my heels and feet.
